Our Team

We come from different places, but we care about the same things: work that matters, design that makes sense and workplaces where people thrive.

Rajesh Navaneetham

Founder & CEO

Rajesh believes Agile can unlock human potential and deliver serious business outcomes… when it’s done right. As part of the leadership team that led Agile adoption at Dell, he soon realized that without the right culture, Agile will not give the promised gains.

Today, he helps organizations, especially outside traditional IT, use Agile to build transparency, ownership, and trust. Watching teams grow happier, more accountable, and more effective gives him disproportionate joy

Outside Simpliwising, Rajesh mentors Gen Z founders of social enterprises at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore, and is deeply committed to animal welfare, an interest sparked by his blind dog, Poppins, who opened his eyes to their world. Yes, the irony is not lost on him.

Harini Sreenivasan

Founder Partner, People & Culture

Harini helps leaders build organizations where people do their best work because they want to, not because they’re told to. Working at the intersection of leadership alignment, people development, and organization design, she focuses on the everyday ways of working where strategy talks to execution.

She helps organizations replace control with clarity, fear with psychological safety, and compliance with commitment, building cultures that are both humane and high-performing. A belief that worked when she led the People Business at Worley Parsons GCC still works like magic: treat people like adults, they behave like adults!

You will also find her writing, presenting keynotes or simply walking amidst nature, where her clearest thinking tends to show up.

Ravi Krishnamurthy

Founder Partner, Operations

Drawing on over 35 years of driving operational excellence, Ravi begins from trust. He believes people do their best when treated with respect and clarity, a philosophy that shapes how he builds relationships and delivers outcomes without theatre. This approach proved vital during at Dell, where he raised customer advocacy scores from 25% to 48% and later at SymphonyAI, where he fostered a highly collaborative, customer-first culture.

Whether it is helping scale startups or multinationals, his focus has consistently been on identifying bottlenecks and aligning processes with a company's unique DNA.

Outside of work, Ravi runs, reads, and takes an annual trek to the Himalayas. Most at ease in small groups over good coffee and thoughtful conversations, he continues to drive meaningful change one project at a time.

Ankur Jayakar

Consulting Partner

Ankur believes that lasting organizational transformation occurs at the intersection of disciplined execution and deep human insight. While organizations spend most of their energies (and resources) on Products and Processes, the overwhelming impact of People is often overlooked. More than two decades spent leading men as a technical officer in various tactical and strategic roles in the Indian Army, followed by driving global strategic initiatives at BNY Mellon, has reinforced this belief. Today, this translates into a consulting approach that blends structural rigor with psychological exploration. By integrating operational frameworks with behavioral science Ankur partners with organizations to balance the drive for performance and achievement with meaningfulness and people centricity.

Outside the professional realm, Ankur loves to spend time with nature, art, music, and books. He loves to write on behavioral topics and sometimes tries his hand (and risks his reputation) at writing poetry.

Shyam Bhaskaran

Consulting Partner

Shyam’s approach is rooted in the belief that leadership isn't about being the smartest person in the room, but about ensuring the room is designed for everyone to succeed. He believes that most people are capable and well-intentioned. Fix the environment, and performance follows. It is no surprise then that Shyam helps build organizations where work gets done - consistently.

Shyam’s toolkit was forged at the intersection of scale and speed. He brings deep cross-functional expertise from tenures at global leaders like Amazon and Microsoft, seasoned by the pace and pivots of the startup world at Coursera and Powerup Cloud.

He’s a firm believer that great organizations, much like great meals, are built with patience, precision, and a genuine respect for the people at the table.

Sripriya Iyer

BD & Consulting Partner

Sripriya has been a talent advisor throughout her professional career and believes that Talent is neither good nor bad; it is simply potential waiting to be empowered.

She has been part of empowered and culture savvy organisations. At Spotify, she led India Talent Acquisition as part of the APAC talent team. With ABC, she was primarily responsible as one of the leads to manage CXO hiring in the media, entertainment and technology space.

While working with these organisations, she realised that terms like "Collaboration," "Psychological safety," and "Fail fast" are not just corporate jargon but life lessons. Through Simpliwise, she brings her relationship-driven mindset to organizations aspiring to create lasting change.

She treasures her personal time with her family and friends, finds joy in solo rustic travel experiences, and quietly nurtures an aspiration to teach someday.

Unny Radhakrishnan

Consulting Partner

Unny believes that business, as an institution, has the capability and responsibility in influencing people to become better human beings. In his leadership roles as the CEO of Digitas (Publicis), Chief People & Business Officer (SHREOES), and Chief Digital Officer (WPP), it is working with people and building teams that excited him the most. Focusing on people’s individual strengths and helping them to discover themselves and collaborate better has helped him build highly successful teams with the least attrition, consistently. While bringing over two decades of functional expertise in marketing, he swears by cross functional magic.

Outside work, it is long hikes & walks, books, and writing is how he spends his time. His interest in Urban Development and Public Policy, at best makes him just an arm-chair activist.

Vikram Khanna

Consulting Partner

Vikram believes most organizational problems presented as people issues are actually leadership, clarity, and system design issues underneath. Over two decades across global organizations taught him that culture does not break suddenly. It erodes quietly through behaviors leaders tolerate repeatedly.

Today, he works with CEOs, CHROs, and leadership teams on leadership development, succession governance, organization design, executive coaching, and behavioural diagnostics, helping organizations build cultures where accountability, trust, and performance can coexist without theatre.

A former Merchant Navy officer and XLRI alumnus, Vikram has led global talent and learning mandates across 65+ countries and brings deep expertise in Hogan Assessments, EQ-i, MBTI, FIRO-B, DISC, and executive coaching.

Outside the consulting rooms, you will usually find him travelling, writing, podcasting, blogging, or exploring the unspoken human patterns that shape leadership, culture, and collective effectiveness.

  • We engaged Rajesh to address poor employee morale and revive our revenue growth. After a comprehensive assessment, Rajesh helped us redesign our org structure, implement operational processes and management dashboards. This helped increase ownership levels of employees and significantly enhanced growth while reducing leadership bandwidth required.

We have now implemented these in our other group companies successfully. These improvements have sustained over several years now.

Rajesh's human centric approach was much appreciated by our employees too and it played a big role in the team embracing the change.

Founder and Managing Director at a medical devices company

  • Ravi and Rajesh did a current state assessment of our company to understand culture-related hurdles that stood in the way of our growth. The assessment was carried out through surveys, conversations, group discussions, and on-site observations across our locations.

Their assessment was both comprehensive and insightful — it not only validated some of our own apprehensions but also uncovered several blind spots we had not recognized earlier. Importantly, their recommendations were clear, practical, and actionable, and we have already begun implementing them to drive positive change.

We truly appreciate the depth of their approach and the value they have added to our journey.

Chairman and Managing Director of facilities management company

  • Working with Harini helped us transform how we approach teamwork.

She introduced methods to structure cross-functional teams around value streams that allowed us to break silos, increase collaboration, and deliver better results.

The practical Agile concepts we implemented improved efficiency and made a noticeable impact on our overall business agility.

    CHRO of a warehousing company

  • The Leadership Alignment Intervention for my Senior Management Team followed by coaching made the changes sustainable and visible.

The SMT learnt to be vulnerable and became conscious of each other’s strengths. The positive psychology aspect was a great takeaway!

Managing Director of a logistics automation company

  • As we prepare to scale, we wanted an objective view of how things are working internally and what we should improve. Rajesh and Shyam supported us through surveys and conversations with team members across levels. They created a space where people felt comfortable sharing candid feedback.

Their inputs helped us validate what’s working and identified a few areas we need to address.

Co-founder and COO of an edtech company

  • I had the privilege of working with Harini, who led our team through an impactful program focused on accountability, collaboration, and growth mindset. Her approach combined practical strategies with inspiring insights, helping us strengthen ownership, improve teamwork, and embrace challenges as opportunities for development.

The results were evident: our team communication became more open, our collaboration more effective, and our mindset more resilient. I highly recommend Harini to any organization seeking to build strong, forward-thinking teams and leaders.
